This is the Polymer80 PF45, an 80% large frame designed for .45 ACP. It’s a popular option for shooters in Montana looking to build a custom, full-size handgun for applications like bear defense, target shooting, or concealed carry, depending on the final configuration.
What’s Included
This kit provides the core polymer frame and the components you need to finish it. Specifically, you get:
- 80% Polymer Frame (Black)
- Stainless Steel Locking Block Rail System (LBRS)
- Stainless Steel Rear Rail Module (RRM)
- Hardened Pins for LBRS and RRM
- Finishing Jig and Drill Bits
- Blank Serialization Plate
The frame features enhanced ergonomics and an aggressive grip texture that’s suitable as-is or can be further customized with stippling. It includes a Picatinny/STANAG rail for mounting accessories.
Compatibility
The PF45 is designed to be compatible with Glock G20SF/G21SF slide assemblies and magazines. Important Note: When using Lone Wolf Dist. completion parts, ensure you use only Gen 3 components. Using other generations can cause damage and will void your Polymer80 warranty. Inspect all parts carefully before installation. Building Your Firearm
This is an 80% frame, meaning additional parts and completion are required. You’ll need to source a .45 ACP slide, barrel, spring set, and internal components separately. You will also need to be aware of and comply with all state and federal laws regarding self-built firearms.

Shipping & FFL: We ship all firearms and firearm-related components to Montana addresses only. 80% frames are subject to the same shipping regulations as completed firearms. All orders require a copy of a valid Montana driver’s license for verification and will be shipped to a local FFL dealer for pickup. We can facilitate FFL transfers within the state of Montana.
