Returns & Warranty
Once a firearm has been transferred to your FFL and you’ve completed your 4473, that firearm is legally registered to you and cannot be returned to us as a new firearm. This is federal law — not our policy.
If Your Item Arrives Damaged or Defective
Contact us within 48 hours of receipt at your FFL with photos and your order number. We will:
- Coordinate a return shipment to the manufacturer’s warranty service, OR
- Provide a prepaid return label if the issue qualifies for full replacement under our 30-day defect guarantee.
Wrong Item Shipped
If we ship the wrong item, we cover all return costs and overnight ship the correct item at no charge to you. Notify us within 48 hours of receipt.
Manufacturer Warranties
Every firearm we sell carries the manufacturer’s full warranty. Most major manufacturers (Sig, Glock, S&W, Ruger, Beretta, Benelli, Browning, etc.) offer lifetime warranties for the original retail purchaser. We help facilitate any warranty service — just contact us with your serial number and issue.
Ammunition and Accessories
Ammunition is non-returnable for safety and legal reasons. Unopened, unused accessories may be returned within 14 days for a refund minus shipping. Optics returned in original packaging within 30 days for full refund.
Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled for full refund up until your FFL has received the shipment. Once your FFL receives it, normal FFL transfer policy applies.
