By using Montana Gun Shop, you agree to the following terms. These terms exist to comply with federal firearms law and to protect both buyer and seller.

Eligibility

You must be at least 21 years old to purchase a handgun, 18 to purchase a long gun, and a US citizen or legal resident. You must not be a “prohibited person” under 18 U.S.C. § 922(g). All buyers are subject to a federal background check (NICS) at the receiving FFL.

Order Acceptance

An order is not accepted until we have confirmed payment, received valid FFL paperwork from your dealer, and verified that the item is legal in your state. We reserve the right to cancel any order at any time at our sole discretion, with full refund.

Pricing & Availability

All prices are in US dollars. Pricing on the website is updated regularly but errors do occur. If a pricing error is identified after order placement, we will contact you with the correct price for confirmation or full refund. Inventory is sold first-come, first-served — placing an item in your cart does not reserve it.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Montana Gun Shop is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our maximum liability for any order is the amount paid for that order. You assume full responsibility for safe handling, lawful use, and compliant storage of any firearm purchased.

Compliance

Buyer is responsible for knowing and complying with their state and local firearm laws. Magazine capacity, suppressor ownership, SBR configuration, and assault-weapons laws vary widely by state. We cannot give legal advice — consult a firearms attorney if uncertain.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
