SN: 270291B. Manufactured in 1888 by Winchester Repeating Arms. Chambered in .38 W.C.F. 24” octagonal barrel. Bore is frosty noted in the grooves. Metal has been cleaned and has turned to a light grey patina. Wood has been revarnished, but stock has not been sanded.
