Henry's Big Boy X is a lever-action rifle chambered for .44 Magnum and .44 Special, with a 17.5-inch threaded barrel and a large-loop lever. The furniture is a fixed synthetic stock in matte black to match the metal, and a Picatinny rail is fitted for optics or accessories. It is sold new; the photo is a stock image.

With its short barrel and large loop, the Big Boy X is built for quick handling. Montana FWP sets no caliber or magazine limit for game animals, so a .44 Magnum lever gun is lawful for deer and elk during the Oct. 24 to Nov. 29 general season, and the two-day youth deer hunt on Oct. 15 to 16 is another place a rifle this size fits. The threaded muzzle and rail let you add what you need. Hunter orange is required for firearm hunters: 400 square inches above the waist.
