Smith & Wesson's M&P in .22 WMR is a new full-size semi-automatic pistol with a polymer frame and a 4.35-inch barrel. The slide is optic ready and carries fiber optic sights, and the pistol feeds from 30-round magazines. The supplier lists UPC 022188892932 and notes that the image is a stock photo.

Thirty rounds of .22 Magnum in a full-size frame make this a range pistol first, with plenty of trigger time between reloads and a slide cut that accepts a red dot without a gunsmith. The fiber optic sights work on their own for a shooter who skips the optic, and the polymer frame keeps the weight down for a long session. A Montana buyer needs no state purchase permit, registration or waiting period; the dealer handles the federal Form 4473, checks a current government photo ID and runs the FBI NICS check, since Montana is not a point-of-contact state. Your FFL may charge a transfer fee, so ask before you order.
