The Beretta 92Xi is a full-size 9x19 pistol with a single-action trigger, and this one is finished in DDPM camo. It has a 4.7-inch barrel, an optic-ready slide, an accessory rail on the frame and a frame-mounted safety, and it carries 18+1 rounds. The supplier lists it as new with a stock photo; the catalog entry grades it used.

A full-size single-action 9mm with a rail and an optic cut is set up for the range and for home defense, where its size and capacity are advantages rather than something to hide. For the Montana buyer the paperwork is federal: Form 4473, a current government photo ID and the NICS check the dealer runs, with no state permit, registration or waiting period on top. Federal law sets the age at 21 for a handgun, and you must not be a prohibited person under state or federal law.
