The SIG Sauer P938 is a subcompact 9mm built on an alloy frame with a single-action-only trigger, and this used example has a 3-inch barrel with a bore rated very good. Night sights are fitted front and rear, the thumb safety is ambidextrous, and the finish is matte black over checkered rubber grips. The finish shows light marks, but the pistol grades near excellent overall. A second magazine and a Bulldog Tactical range bag come with it.

Small, flat and single-action, the P938 is sized for everyday carry, and the night sights matter once the light goes. At the dealer you complete federal Form 4473, show a current government photo ID and wait for the NICS result; Montana adds no permit, registration or waiting period of its own. You must be 21 and not a prohibited person under state or federal law.
