A Beretta 688 Performance Sporting B-Fast in 12 gauge: an over/under sporting shotgun with 30-inch vent rib barrels, extended removable chokes and 3-inch chambers. The black laminate wood stock has a 14.75-inch length of pull, an adjustable comb and heel, and a right-hand palm swell, with blued metal. The listing is marked used, while the supplier text calls the gun new under UPC 082442989648 and uses a stock photo.

The adjustable comb and heel are the reason to pick this model over a fixed-stock sporter: a Montana clay shooter can set the eye on the rib once and leave it there, and the extended chokes come out by hand between stations. Thirty-inch barrels carry the swing through long targets, and the 3-inch chambers mean field shells fit as well. The right-hand palm swell suits a right-handed shooter. Settle the new-versus-used question by asking the dealer to describe the gun in hand when it arrives.
