The Browning Citori Lightning is a sporting over-and-under 12 gauge with 26-inch vent rib barrels, 3-inch chambers, a blued finish, an ivory bead front sight and a walnut stock, serial 07311CIT50. The supplier lists it as new under UPC 023614067849 and shows a stock photo rather than the gun itself.

A 26-inch over-and-under swings fast and carries light, and the 3-inch chambers take field loads as well as target shells. Montana FWP lists shotguns with slugs or 0/00 buckshot among the lawful firearms for game animals, and in the weapons restriction areas that exclude rifles a 12 gauge like this is the gun that goes along. The walnut and blued steel give it the traditional Citori look, and the ivory bead is a plain, fast reference down the rib. During the Oct. 24 to Nov. 29 general season, wear 400 square inches of hunter orange above the waist.
